Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
This position starts with 15-30 hours per week, with an average of 15 - 30 hours per week, with some Saturdays. With a strong work ethic, full time hours can be made available. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday's 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Perform tasks to update customer on status of order and maintain accurate information
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Computer/Adobe Program knowledge a Plus
- Notary would be a Plus
