Join our dynamic team at Copy Central’s Berkeley location as a Copy and Printing Customer Service representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional customer experiences while assisting with a variety of copying and printing tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their print needs, providing accurate pricing, processing orders, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Previous experience with document production including binding, cutting, folding, and knowledge of paper sizes and weights is a big plus.

Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Solid understanding of printing and copy processes
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Benefits
Hourly $19 per hour.
Health and dental insurance are available to regular full-time employees that work at least 30 hours per week after 3 months of consecutive employment.
