What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Copy Cow?
- Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need.
- Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Take complex customer orders using our order system and provide accurate pricing information.
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer supplied original media and documents.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Constantly looking for opportunities to improve knowledge and skills within the store.
- Able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to all Copy Cow team member and retail store standards, as outlined in the team member handbook
- All other duties as needed or required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must meet all Copy Cow employment qualifications at time of hiring.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
