We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. 35,000 - $45,000 year

Responsibilities :

  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
  • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered

Customer Service :

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with their printing, copying, and other service needs.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Process customer orders, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
  • Production Support :

  • Assist with daily production tasks, including printing, copying, binding, and finishing.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for paper, ink, and other supplies.
  • Prepare files for printing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and binding machines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.
  • Administrative Duties :

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the management team with various office duties.
  • Qualifications :

  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment, up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during production tasks.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
