Overview: We are a Florida-based business specializing in industry-leading digital label printing. We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service, unmatched quality, and quick turnaround times. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HP Indigo Label Press Operator to run our HP Indigo 6000 Series 13-Inch Label Press. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HP Indigo digital printing technology and be responsible for ensuring top-quality production, press maintenance, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Press Operation:

• Operate the HP Indigo 6000 Series Label Press to produce high-quality labels that meet customer specifications.
• Set up, calibrate, and run jobs efficiently while maintaining color accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and adjust press settings for optimal performance.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure final products meet or exceed standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality, registration, and machine performance.

Maintenance:

• Conduct regular press maintenance and cleaning as required by HP guidelines.
• Identify and report any press or equipment issues to the production manager for resolution.

Workflow Management:

• Collaborate with the prepress and production teams to review job tickets and ensure files are ready for production.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to scheduled deadlines.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating an HP Indigo press, preferably the 6000 series or similar.

• Strong understanding of digital printing processes, color management, and substrates.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press maintenance procedures (Preferred)

Pay to be determined – $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full time – 1st Shift – 5:45am – 2:15pm – Monday through Friday
