The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position . Must be licensed in the state of Georgia or Florida OR must be eligible for the GA Compact PT License. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states.
