As a full-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver comprehensive speech and language services to children with various disorders. Your role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing care in diverse settings, including outpatient clinics and schools.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require speech and language therapy due to speech and language delays, feeding and swallowing disorders, processing disorders, stuttering, developmental delay, and genetic, neurological, or developmental conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify children's communication needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs.
- Provide direct patient care in various treatment settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and Early Intervention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care for children.
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient interactions according to company policy and local/state regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Master's level speech-language pathology program.
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Ability to travel to and work in multiple treatment settings.
- Entry-level understanding of treatment models used in school and Early Intervention settings.
