Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and be licensed as a Physical Therapist (or in process). New graduates are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including:
- Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Treatments: Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patients' function and mobility
- Re-evaluations: Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Discharge notes: Document patients' final evaluations and provide recommendations for ongoing care
