Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with treatment procedures as directed by clinic policies and state practice act.
- Clean, prepare treatment areas, and assist with appointment scheduling when necessary.
- Greet patients in a courteous manner, notify therapists of their arrival, and initiate treatment procedures upon therapist's advice.
- Perform reception duties as needed, answer phone calls politely, and direct calls to the requested person.
- Assist with maintaining patient medical records and scheduling appointments according to clinic policy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with patients.
