What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Specialist position at CORA Physical Therapy?
CORA Physical Therapy offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Specialist. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will be responsible for providing expert evaluation and treatment services to clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
In this role, you will travel within the region to clinics when required, working closely with our clinicians to provide exceptional care. You will perform Worker's Compensation Active Peer Review to monitor progression, document accuracy, and charge compliance, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong background in an allied health profession, such as Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Physical/Occupational Therapy. A valid state license in Athletic Training, Assistant Physical/Occupational Therapist, or Physical/Occupational Therapist is also required.
