What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worker's Compensation Reviewer position at CORA Physical Therapy?
CORA Physical Therapy is committed to treating everyone right, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Worker's Compensation Reviewer. In this role, you will work closely with our clinicians to evaluate and treat clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
You will perform Worker's Compensation Active Peer Review to monitor progression, document accuracy, and charge compliance, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include reporting significant patient information and changes to appropriate therapists, and assisting with patient medical record maintenance and confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in an allied health profession, such as Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Physical/Occupational Therapy. A valid state license in Athletic Training, Assistant Physical/Occupational Therapist, or Physical/Occupational Therapist is also required.
