We have an immediate opportunity for a Case Management Supervisor to join our Community Services team at George Washington High School.
This position is full-time and on site at George Washington H.S.
Minimum starting salary - $62,800

In addition, as Case Management Supervisor your duties will include:
- Overseeing implementation of the Case Management program at GWHS
- Providing leadership and professional supervision for 3 bachelor’s level Case Managers including: assigning cases and monitoring caseload compliance; supervising documentation and service accountability, and record keeping for client cases in accordance with professional and contractual guidelines; directing crisis management; and assisting with ongoing staff training programs
- Tracking outcomes and completing regular reporting required by OCF, SDP and CORA; actively participating in strategic, collaborative meetings between Community School Coordinator, school partners, and school staff, as well as monthly meetings with Office of Children and Families (OCF) and School District of Philadelphia (SDP)
- Coordinating and implementing family forums, family engagement events and parenting groups
- Providing direct service to clients, as needed
- Assisting in design, delivery and analysis of community needs assessment and identifying resources within the community that meet identified needs
- Assisting with the creation, updating and delivery of tools to evaluate program outcomes
- Participating in all necessary interdisciplinary functions and meetings
- Completing other tasks, projects and assignments as directed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Thorough knowledge of the Somerton community and surrounding areas including its resources, assets and needs is strongly preferred
- Master’s degree in social work, human services or related discipline
- 3 years’ work experience in a social services capacity; case management experience preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory experience preferably in a capacity related to service delivery and/or case management for children and families
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain positive, productive working relationships internally and with those external to CORA (students, families, teachers, school administration, etc.)
- Proficient with Office 365 applications
