We are searching for a passionate, mission-driven individual to join our Clinical Department as an Administrative Assistant, full-time, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts (reporting to both CORA and the LEHB office in Northeast Philadelphia). This position is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of services in psychiatry, as well as the LEHB program, within the Clinical Services Division. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for all psychiatry and LEHB needs, as well as intake coverage support for the entire Clinical Services Division.
Starting rate : $20.25 / hourly (actual rate commensurate with experience)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide administrative support to Agency Psychiatrists :
Offering in-office support for our psychiatry team
Schedule / Reschedule appointments for psychiatristsCoordinate consults between psychiatrists and treatment teamsAssist clients in completing necessary intake paperwork for psychiatry servicesBridge communication between multiple pharmacies & insurance companiesSubmit Prior-authorization forms & medication refill requests as-requiredAssist with letter requests for disability, FMLA, Medicaid & other purposesFunction as a liaison between psychiatrists & clientsVerify insurance for all new psychiatry clientsDischarge clients from Program Enrollment in the EHR systemProcess requests for client services and assist with eligibility determination for intake.Manage, process, & assign all incoming LEHB referralsAnswer & address intake calls for all Clinical programs during hours assigned by supervisorServe in various committees and / or work teams as requested.Participate in a minimum of 12 hours annually of professional training.Comply with CORA Services policies and procedures.Provide back-up coverage for Reception as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma / GED required.EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
3-5 years of office experience required.Fluency in Microsoft Office with strong experience with Excel and Access.Strong experience with web-based data applications, reporting and data manipulation. Need experience with EHR system and Square payment platform.Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to maintain high confidentiality.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and visitors.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.Reasons to work for CORA :
