As a growing business, we’re seeking a results-driven **Business Development Representative** to generate leads, secure partnerships, drive revenue growth and CLOSE sales.

**Role Overview**

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding Coral Cove Media’s client base by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into clients. This individual will be responsible for building strong partnerships with brokerages, agents, and businesses while also driving sales of our media packages, retainer services, and long-term contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development**

- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities in real estate, small business, and corporate sectors.

- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at brokerages, agencies, and businesses.

- Represent Coral Cove Media at industry events, networking meetings, and community gatherings to promote our services.

**Client Partnerships & Retention**

- Collaborate with the Client Success Agent to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or referrals.

- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing how Coral Cove Media can address their unique needs.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contract terms align with company goals.

**Marketing Collaboration**

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

- Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and service enhancements to the creative team.

**Reporting & Analytics**

- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and lead conversion rates using CRM tools.

- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team, outlining key wins, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in media, real estate, or marketing.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

- Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

- Familiarity with Coral Cove Media’s services or experience in the real estate/media industry is a plus.

**Compensation & Benefits**

- Base Salary: Competitive based on experience.

- Commission: As outlined in the **Bonus & Commission Structure**.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
