Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of varying skill levels.
- Develop tailored training programs that meet the specific needs of students.
- Organize and lead golf clinics, tournaments, and events to engage the community.
- Provide guidance on golf equipment selection and maintenance.
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other sports professionals to promote cross-training opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in golf instruction and coaching techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in golf instruction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience in childcare or working with youth is a plus, as it enhances teaching effectiveness.
- Background in related sports such as martial arts, basketball, or cheerleading is beneficial.
- Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively.
- Knowledge of health club operations is an advantage.
- Certifications in CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required.
