Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
• Provide information about menu items and restaurant specials to guests.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize POS systems, such as Opentable, for managing reservations and orders accurately.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
