What You’ll Do:

✅ Collect rent and property fees, ensuring smooth financial operations.

✅ Maintain accurate lease files and stay compliant with local and state regulations.

✅ Guide tenants through the Low Income Tax Credit program, handling annual recertifications and new move-ins.

✅ Properly pay property expenses, including vendor payments, taxes, inxurance premiums and maintenance costs.

✅ Keep the regional manager updated on financials, occupancy, and lease renewals.

✅ Attract and welcome new tenants—meet, tour, and process applications in compliance with fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.

✅ Market vacant units to keep occupancy high.

✅ Become efficient in property management software like Buildium and use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

✅ Ensure property excellence by inspecting units, coordinating repairs, and managing service contracts.

✅ Resolve tenant concerns and lease violations professionally and efficiently.

✅ Create community engagement opportunities to foster a welcoming and connected living environment.
