Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve cocktails with precision and flair, utilizing your vast knowledge of classic and contemporary recipes
- Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings, contributing to an elevated dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests and regulars, fostering a sense of community within our establishment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while delivering outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to replenish supplies as needed
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails and abilitly to learn food menu, with the capability to make informed recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with guests and regulars
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service under pressure
- Availability for dinner service only, with the benefit of being closed Sundays, Mondays, and all major holidays
- Must be able to work evenings & weekends
