At Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of Arlington, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our residents on their journey to recovery. Working under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being for our residents.

What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapy Assistant:
Assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy treatments to residents based on the therapist’s care plan.
Support residents in performing therapeutic exercises and mobility activities to enhance their physical well-being.
Document progress, challenges, and achievements in resident care plans.
Work closely with the Physical Therapist to adjust treatments as needed to optimize recovery.
Educate residents and families on techniques to support ongoing mobility and rehabilitation.
Ensure therapy areas and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
A valid, unrestricted PTA license in the state.
Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care procedures.
A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for rehabilitation and elderly care – your dedication can change lives!
A valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
