What You’ll Do :
Serve as the first point of contact for families, hospitals, and referral sources.
Market facility services to potential clients, hospitals, and healthcare providers to drive admissions.
Manage the admissions process —from initial inquiries to welcoming new residents.
Work closely with the Business Office to verify insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay details.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Coordinate facility tours and provide essential information to potential residents and their families.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to maximize referral opportunities.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in healthcare admissions, long-term care, or a related field (1 year preferred).
Knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization processes for long-term care.
Strong communication, marketing, and customer service skills —you’ll be working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities .
Ability to navigate electronic medical records and referral tracking systems.
