We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant / Van Driver to join our long-term care facility in McGregor, TX. This dual role offers the perfect mix of hands-on maintenance work and meaningful resident interactions , ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Maintenance Duties :

• Assist in general facility upkeep including minor repairs, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Perform routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Help maintain facility cleanliness, repair equipment, and oversee outside vendor work as needed.

Van Driver Responsibilities :

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in maintenance, general repairs, or facility management. Long-term care experience is a plus!

A valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment related to facility upkeep and resident transport.

Strong teamwork and communication skills – we work together to create a positive environment!
