- Supervise and coordinate morning stewarding operations, ensuring an efficient and organized kitchen environment.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and OSHA standards.
- Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of all kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and sanitation tools, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Oversee the organization of kitchen storage areas, ensuring proper handling and storage of dishware, cookware, and cleaning supplies.
- Support the culinary and banquet teams by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and tools, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and banquet areas to ensure compliance with resort standards.
- Assist in creating staff schedules, managing labor costs, and ensuring adequate coverage during shifts.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork and communication within the stewarding team and across departments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, preferably in a luxury resort or high-volume setting.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage operations preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe or HACCP certification preferred.
