- Represent Red Mountain Resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay informed about event trends, competitor offerings, and guest experience innovations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, catering, or conference services within a resort, hotel, or luxury venue.
- Strong understanding of event operations, banquet services, and meeting logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
