- Solicit, contract, and manage small to mid-sized corporate meetings, wellness retreats, and group bookings.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and event coordinators.
- Work closely with catering and conference services teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs) to align with client needs and resort revenue goals.
- Maintain and update sales activity in the CRM system, tracking leads, bookings, and revenue performance.
- Assist in the development of group packages, promotional offers, and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new business.
- Represent Red Mountain Resort at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Provide post-event follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in group sales, meeting planning, or hospitality sales, preferably in a resort or luxury setting.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of catering and event planning processes, including BEOs and contract management.
- Proficiency in CRM software, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
