- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Enhance Dining Experiences
- Ensure the cleanliness and ambiance of dining areas, managing every detail to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and unique culinary experiences that excite and engage guests.
- Help to manage food and beverage budgets, ensuring profitability through effective cost control, pricing strategies, and waste reduction.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on food and beverage performance, analyzing trends, costs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and manage financial performance of the food and beverage department, ensuring budget adherence and driving revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to maximize profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Uphold Standards
- Monitor sanitation, cleanliness, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Supervise and develop staff performance, fostering growth and cultivating talent.
- Oversee systems and equipment maintenance to deliver uninterrupted service.
- Partner with HR for recruitment, training, and team-building efforts.
- Maintain professionalism, resolve guest issues effectively, and prioritize safety.
- Frequently carry, lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move intermittently throughout shifts.
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments with moderate to high noise levels.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on refined dining, banquets, and catering events in an upscale hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of managing high-end dining and large-scale events.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Food Safety Certification (such as ServSafe) and other industry-relevant certifications preferred.
