- Assist with bell services, including luggage handling and room escorting.
- Provide concierge services, making recommendations and assisting with reservations for dining, activities, and excursions.
- Operate the resort shuttle, safely transporting guests within the property and to designated locations.
- Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Process payments, room charges, and handle guest accounts with accuracy.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Support group arrivals and departures, coordinating logistics with various departments.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, customer service, or concierge services preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), reservations software, and POS systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Valid Utah driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required for shuttle operation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when assisting with luggage.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
