Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer at Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort is responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that align with both resorts’ luxury brand identities. This position plays a key role in designing marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, signage, and promotional content. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer collaborates with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print assets for social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, menus, and signage.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Develop promotional materials for resort events, special offers, and guest experiences.
• Edit and enhance photography and video content for marketing use.
• Work closely with third-party vendors, printers, and media partners to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
• Assist in designing layouts for presentations, proposals, and other internal and external documents.
• Stay up to date on design trends and digital marketing best practices to ensure Black Desert Resort maintains a modern, high-end visual presence.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury branding, or related industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience in motion graphics, photography, or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including social media and email design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand integrity across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Portfolio required for application, showcasing a range of design work.
