Job Summary:

- Supervise and support the daily operations of the engineering team, including work assignments and project oversight
- Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and resort amenities
- Conduct routine property inspections and address safety concerns or urgent repair needs
- Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring completion
- Help train and onboard new maintenance staff and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly
- Ensure all maintenance procedures follow OSHA, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support inventory tracking and ordering of parts, tools, and materials
- Report major issues or facility concerns to the Chief Engineer in a timely manner
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Previous hospitality or resort experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with maintenance software and reporting tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Valid Utah driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
