- Guest Interaction:Answer all incoming calls with attentiveness and courtesy, creating memorable experiences with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Information Sharing:Utilize your personal passions and knowledge to inform guests about services, amenities, facilities, hours of operation, and local attractions.
- Reservation Management:Engage with guests to understand their preferences, book room reservations, and focus on maximizing room revenue through standard rate quoting and upselling when possible.
- Complaint Resolution:Take initiative to resolve guest complaints effectively, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
- Multi-tasking:Handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge:Stay updated on all local events and property functions to efficiently respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Front desk or sales experience in the hospitality, travel, or lodging industry is preferred. Familiarity with Revinate and Springer Miller Systems is highly recommended.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to negotiate, convince, and influence potential guests.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends; flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- People Skills:A passion for serving others and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, even under deadline pressure.
- Technical Skills:Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The hourly starting pay is $22.00
