Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $6/hr plus tips. This is the base pay we reasonably expect to offer. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests quickly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as responsible alcohol service policies
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
- Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned
- Previous experience as a server in a casual or upscale dining setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service and possess required certifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
