Ski and Golf Supervisor

As a Golf and Ski Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the golf and ski teams and assisting the Golf and Ski Assistant Manager during the busy Winter and Summer season at Everline Resort and Spa. You'll oversee golf and ski facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity, you will work with golf and ski leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous recreation, ski/golf experience (can be non-work experience).
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• Highly focused on cleanliness and friendliness.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to learn different systems.
