Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and bookings.
- Help oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts.
- Monitor trends in social media, hospitality, and tourism to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, food & beverage, spa.) to highlight resort experiences and promotions.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with brand advocates and influencers.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with content creators and travel influencers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and bookings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a luxury brand, hospitality company, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent storytelling skills and ability to create engaging visual and written content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience managing influencer collaborations.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and luxury experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend resort events as needed
