Spa Cleaner

Overview

As a Cleaner at the Glade Spring Spa, you'll work under the direction of Spa leadership to keep the facility clean and orderly. Working primarily unsupervised, you'll use your attention-to-detail and strong work ethic to ensure the overall cleanliness of the Glade Spring Spa.

Salary: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas and make certain they are in accordance with the level of quality for the Resort;
• Perform guest requests in a timely manner;
• Ensure that all of Glade Spring Spa and other assigned areas are up to Resort standards at all times;
• Ensure assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times;
• Follow all schedule changes by management;
• Attend meetings as required;
• Maintain an attitude of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public;
• Perform duties in a safe, productive and consistent manner;
• Comply with Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations;
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and non-verbal;
• Provide legible communication;
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
• Prioritize and organize;
• Follow directions;
• Answer inquiries via telephone and e-mail in professional manner;
• Ability to resolve problems using good judgment;
• Ability to work as a team and/or as an individual with minimal supervision;
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
