Qualifications
The Guest Experience Agent enhances the check-in experience by displaying courtesy and Aloha to all owners and guests through positive action and attitude and produces courteous and prompt resolution of guests’ concerns. The shift includes working days, nights, and weekends, must be flexible for scheduling.
- Takes pride in a great job done
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required; and be computer literate
- Experience in Hotel experience/resort preferred
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently using computer systems.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.
