We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our CoralTree Residence Collection team in Wailea. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Rooms and team members to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and efficient front office management. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing front office personnel, managing guest check-ins/check-outs, resolving issues, and overseeing the daily administrative duties of the front desk. Responsibilities
As the Front Office Manager:
- With the assistance of the Director of Rooms will make sure everything at the front desk is running smoothly.
- Help lead and coach the front desk team to provide excellent service to our guests and owners.
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Deal with guest concerns or complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
- Keep reservations, cancellations, and room assignments organized.
- Make sure we have everything needed at the front desk, from supplies to inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure guests have a great stay.
- Keep track of performance and make sure the team is hitting their goals.
- Help with admin tasks like preparing reports and managing staff schedules.
- Ensure we're following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk position with at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities.
- Ability to problem solve with a pro-active approach to problem resolution.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Available to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have a valid Hawaii Driver’s License.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
