Responsibilities :

The Owner Services Coordinator assists the Property Management team with administrative oversight of the CTRC rental residences. He / she works closely with the Business Development Manager and Finance team to ensure that the new owner onboarding process is seamless. The Owner Services Coordinator communicates directly with residence owners and maintains timely, clear and concise written and verbal conversations as necessary.

Qualifications :

Must possess a high school diploma or GED

Must be an effective and supportive team member, capable of sustaining the energy and momentum of the department in the performance of all job duties and responsibilities

Must be able to operate the following programs : Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to create and organize electronic documents and files.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Ability to develop rapport and connect with team members, guests, owners, and vendors.

Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities.

Experience in problem solving with a pro-active approach to problem resolution.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.

Must have a valid Hawaii Drivers License and be insurable with the CoralTree Residence Collection system.
