Position Overview :
As a Lead Security Technician , you will take the lead on complex installations and oversee the technical aspects of projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating and guiding other technicians, ensuring that all security systems are installed and serviced to the highest standards. Your role will involve hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems, as well as providing guidance and training to junior technicians. You will also play a key role in client communication and ensuring all installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install Security Systems : Install and configure a range of security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot & Repair : Diagnose and resolve issues with existing systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Customer Support & Education : Provide clients with system training and support, helping them understand how to use their security systems effectively.
- System Maintenance : Perform routine system checks, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards during all installations.
