Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the hotel's financial integrity and providing excellent guest relations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and front desk operations.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Background in hospitality management or resort operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
