Main Duties:
- Entering orders, issuing invoices, and tracking deliveries
- Supporting the sales and customer service team
- Creating reports and sales documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma (prerequisite)
- Experience in administrative or sales tasks (minimum 1 year)
- Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP/CRM)
- Detail-oriented, agile, and customer-oriented
