Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 19 mo to 2.5 years.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and communicating with parents about their child's achievements and needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain a cohesive teaching approach.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Skills

- Experience in teaching in an Early Childhood is highly desirable.
