Sr Manager, Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at Corbin, you will work closely with client-facing teams and internal operating teams to streamline and improve manual processes. This innovative role will be crucial in identifying and implementing operational efficiency improvements across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
- Documentation: Assist in documenting Client journeys, scenarios, and use cases
- Analyze Business Processes: Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze business processes, define and document process improvement and technical requirements
- Data Flows: Understand and document data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems
- Project Management Support: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, & deliverables
- Solution Design & Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet business needs, inclusive of process improvements and technical implementations
- Conduct Testing: Coordinate, support, and execute test plans of process changes and technical solutions
- Deliver Training: As needed, train and mentor individuals on teams on new processes or systems
- Metrics & KPIs: Define, collect, and track KPIs to support product/program adoption and measure reduction in manual efforts
- Data Management: Integrate and support efforts with Data Science and Data Management Teams; support and document data security standards
- Mentoring: Sharing best practices with team members
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- Working knowledge of SQL or other database management tools
- Functional knowledge of data management tools
- Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in project planning and tracking tools
- 15 years relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Salary : $105,000 - $150,000
