As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide executive support to the Founder & CEO and serve as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and team members on all matters pertaining to the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to exercise sound judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently and be comfortable with working under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

- Manage a broad range of administrative tasks including an extremely active and complex professional and personal calendar with domestic and global travel; complete expense reports; compose correspondence that at times may be confidential; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile documents for meetings
- Build strong relationships at all levels internally and externally and work collaboratively with assistant colleagues within and outside the company
- Act as a gateway, enabling efficiency and productivity for direct access to the CEO’s time and office
- Work directly with the CEO to ensure a streamlined approach to executing within and outside of the company, and enable CEO productivity and effectiveness across professional and personal activities
- Lead or co-lead discrete projects on behalf of the CEO
- Provide support with leadership meeting preparation, create decision-making frameworks, help prepare and produce business area and all-hands programming
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is adhered to; proactively monitor calendar for conflicts or reprioritization and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate external and internal meetings, conference calls, and video conferencing with the utmost attention to detail, preparation, and follow up
- Keep CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Communicate with the highest level of professionalism on behalf of the CEO – written and verbally
- Oversee and lead the execution of special corporate events, including annual summer and holiday party, annual strategy offsite meeting, quarterly all-hands state-of-the-business meetings, and all-hands lunches
- Support the planning and execution of external client events involving the CEO
- Be available outside of normal business hours to support urgent priorities for CEO
- Exceptional organizational capabilities that reflect ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to rapidly changing priorities, and demonstrate a high level of client service and responsiveness
- Ability to effectively operate independently and serve as a resourceful team player
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to draft and edit documents and presentation materials.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
