Job Overview
We are seeking individuals with great communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Previous office experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay based on experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Support office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Money handling in all forms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handling the sale of vehicles to potential customers, including prequalifying customers, figuring sales calculations, entering information, and signing contracts and title work.
Experience
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer software applications.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
