Job Overview
We are seeking individuals with great communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Previous office experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay based on experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries as needed.
  • Support office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
  • Money handling in all forms
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handling the sale of vehicles to potential customers, including prequalifying customers, figuring sales calculations, entering information, and signing contracts and title work.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
