What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE PLANNER position at Corbion?

The Maintenance Planner is based at the Totowa, NJ plant and reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role of the Maintenance Planner is to organize, distribute and audit all work orders to maximize plant efficiency and minimize downtime. Using a CMMS system (SAP) to plan and coordinate labor, parts and equipment access.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSMA, Safety, and Environmental regulations as well as company policies.
- Maintain positive attitude. Focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and productivity
- Preventative maintenance planning
Develops PM plans for all equipment based on manufacture suggestions and real time information developed with the team
Ensure all assets have correct PM schedule
Work with the team to maintain parts inventory
Add new assets into the CMMS system, SAP
Identify predictive maintenance strategies
