Overnight Janitor- Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our 24-hour truck stop facility. The ideal candidate will work independently to ensure our facility remains clean and welcoming for customers and staff during overnight hours.

• Perform thorough cleaning of all public areas including restrooms, showers, retail space, and restaurant area
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize all floor surfaces
• Empty and clean trash receptacles throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, counters, mirrors, and replenish supplies
• Dust and clean surfaces, windows, and equipment
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of entrance ways and immediate exterior areas
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replacements as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Respond to immediate cleaning needs as they arise

Required Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Working Conditions

• Work is performed indoors and occasionally outdoors
