Our Custom Shop is a unique retail space specializing in high-quality, personalized merchandise, apparel, and specialty items. We are seeking an experienced Retail Custom Shop Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:- Oversee daily operations of the Custom Shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and customization requests professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customization services, and sales techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote store offerings and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience required (preferably in a specialty/custom shop setting).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
- Familiarity with customization services (printing, engraving, embroidery) is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
