What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of restaurant experience (but your attitude matters more than your experience!)
• Natural leadership skills and a team-player mindset
• Energy to thrive in our fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work various shifts (because great food never sleeps!)
• Food safety knowledge (or we'll help you get certified)
• Must be 18 or older

Bonus Points for:

• Previous leadership experience (but we love developing new leaders!)
• Experience with restaurant systems
• Knowledge of food safety (we'll train you too!)
• A track record of awesome customer service
• Previous Wendy's experience (but not required)

What It Takes Physically:

• Energy to stay active during your shift
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds (building those muscles!)
• Agility to move quickly and safely
• Comfort working with kitchen equipment
• Stamina for a fast-paced environment
