What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Analyst position at Corby Energy Services?
JOB SUMMARY:
Corby Energy Services, Inc., (“CES”) is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team! The Billing Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Billing Team with daily reporting, documentation, and invoicing for multiple underground utility projects while using a variety of computer systems and software applications.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Complete data entry and invoicing for field work into internal billing systems.
· Uploading invoicing to multiple client systems.
· Receive and close out POs via lien release processes as required.
· Diagnose error reports for failed invoice uploads and make corrections as needed to avoid potential future error uploads.
· Maintain excellent company/client relationships.
· Complete AR Reconciliation reporting on a monthly basis, with weekly follow-ups to ensure all information is correct.
· Attend budget meetings with Project Manager.
· Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma and/or equivalent.
· Minimum two (2) years in an office setting preferred.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to project sites as needed.
· Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs
· Trusting and trustworthy; able to always maintain confidentiality.
· Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
· Strong planning, organization, preparation, problem solving, and execution capabilities.
· Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and after hours as needed under tight deadlines.
· Ability to adapt to new situations and priorities.

· Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
