Position Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as a primary contact for customers and is responsible for managing projects from beginning to end. This includes but is not limited to budgeting, bidding, contracting, scheduling, staffing and customer follow-up. The Project Manager will participate through project completion by ensuring regular contact with customers through project completion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans and designs.
- Serve as primary contact to customer contacts from time of contract execution through completion of project.
- Act as liaison between the customer and field employees.
- Plan and evaluate project progress from initial conception through project completion.
- Facilitate or attend all project related meetings both internally and externally.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, customer reports and project updates as required.
- Analyze project revenue, cost and profitability against project quote and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Review customer specifications and project quotes.
- Negotiate changes throughout the process of completing the project.
- Follow the status of projects by keeping customers and field employees on project informed and negotiate completion times with the customer.
- Resolve problems for customers during the process of completing each project and determine necessary actions to resolve problems.
- Meet and speak regularly with customers.
- Perform additional duties as requested/required by the customer and/or company.
- Experience all aspects of field work to better understand overall business.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or related field
- Relevant experience is desired
- Must be comfortable in both office and field environments
- Ability to create and manage costs and schedules associated with projects and problems that may arise with those projects
- Ability to track and manage job costs and implement steps to maximize profit
- Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain organization with multiple, time sensitive projects
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of company personnel
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
