Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC as well as flooring, painting and carpentry.
- Conduct inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment and systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and address issues effectively.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Assist with emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Strong overall knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable vehicle, truck preferred with ability to pull trailer if needed.
- Already own their own tools (specialty tools provided).
